Atmosphere seemed like it would be great. Went there for hookah. Asked for a mint one. Waited around for 10+ minutes. Had other waitresses ask how we were with no follow up questions. Didn’t offer us a water or ask what we wanted to drink. Place wasn’t even busy.
Great atmosphere! Great Music! The employees are some of the most courteous people I’ve ever met, I never had to ask for anything! The owner is great and always makes sure his customers are having a good time. Great hookah and nice vibes.

I watched and partook in an awesome Hardcore/Metalcore wildlife benefit show here months back. The staff here were very friendly and quite inviting which helped make the whole experience welcoming, inclusively fun and overall memorable for the right reasons. I appreciate the owner (or a member of their staff) for replying to my review and I've decided to change my previous four star review to a five star. Not sure why I gave a four in the first place, but they deserve this five no doubt. Thanks again!
I love my experience with TC whenever I come to the lounge. If I need anything he always helps me out. I’m a loyal customer that’s come every week and he treat me the same every time. He does a awesome Job and he is my favorite. Absolem Lounge Is always a vibe for me. I love it there.
The lounge has a great vibe, service is top notch and the different flavors will keep you coming back. Best management team of any bar or lounge I been to, always willing to have fun with the customers and keep the energy lively. Must go if you are ever in Florence.
Dope place, definitely the best vibes but one thing I really look forward to are the new drinks that my favorite bartender TC makes. TC, along with the rest of the staff are very attentive to their customers even with a large crowd. ✨✨✨
I ALWAYS have the absolute best at this place . I would highly recommend anyone to come here if you’re in the city and go out. They have the best bartender TC and servers Haley & Saudia ! I wish I could give 10 stars ! Will definitely be coming back :)!
